The project sought to develop and transfer best and innovative practices among partners organisations related to work integration social enterprises and the specific professional profile of the Jobcoach.
The project produced innovative approaches to address the integration on the labour market of disadvantaged people by providing new or improved practices related to job coaching, by increasing participation in learning and employability by developing quality career guidance, counselling and support services for work integration social enterprises and their workers.
Specific objective was strengthening the job integration process of disadvantaged people by developing and qualifying European level job coaches for disadvantaged people with training courses.
