I.ECEC project aims to contribute to improve ECEC services quality and to strengthen the profile of the ECEC educators with special attention to children from vulnerable groups, for combating social exclusion, reducing poverty and fight early school leaving.
The goal of I. ECEC project is to create an educational model and curriculum for ECEC providers and educators according to the new challenges present in the EU, starting from the Context and Training Analysis of the workers in ECEC services held by Erasmus+KA2 Project MECEC+.
In line with Eurydice Report 2009 and Eurydice/Eurostat Key Data Report 2014 in which they explain that quality of preschool education positively influences the future school performance of children, EU hopes that Member States increase the investments in this field, to strengthen the basis for effective learning, fight school failure and preventing drop-out phenomenon
