The main goal of the project was to provide professional training in Italy for foreigners’ nurses and social attendants in order to develop their study experiences in practice by working in a modern, highly developed health institute. During this project they became specialists with higher ability to face the professional problems and were able to change in a progressive way as their different job requests.
